Register / Login – Use your institute/student login; institutes will need to create student IDs etc.
Fill out the application form – Give required personal, academic, bank account and category / caste details.
Upload documents (see list below). Make sure they are valid, properly attested, latest (for e.g. non-creamy layer certificate should be recent) etc.
Submit before deadline (student online submission by 15 December 2025; institute verification by 31 December 2025).
📂 Documents Required
GATE / CEED 2025 scorecard.
Admission letter / proof of admission in the PG programme.

Aadhaar card copy (identity proof). In some states there are exemptions (e.g. J&K, Assam, Meghalaya) for Aadhaar requirement.
Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC NCL, Physically Handicapped etc) if applicable; non-creamy layer certificate for OBC where needed, issued recently (within last year).
Institute ID / Student ID / Permanent ID (as required) from your institution.
✨ Extra Notes
The stipend is subject to change, depending on updates from AICTE / Ministry. Always check the official notification.
Maintaining academic standards and institutional discipline may be necessary (attendance, enrolment norms etc.). While not always spelled out in every version of the guidelines, these are typical conditions.
In case of change of course / institution after admission, the scholarship may not be transferable—check with AICTE or your institute.
If any document or certificate is not in English / Hindi, translation may be needed.
Make sure your bank account details are correct, and that the bank account is not of a restricted type (joint, minor, frill etc). Errors in bank account details often delay the disbursement.
