Organiser: Aspire Institute (founded at Harvard, originally called Crossroads Emerging Leaders Program) in collaboration with Harvard University faculty and Harvard Business School for some components

Target Group: Young people (global) who are 18-29 years old; current undergraduates or recent bachelor’s graduates (not in or having completed any postgraduate degree). Must be first-generation to attend university or from a limited-income background

Strengths-based leadership assessment

Live peer interactions within a global cohort
Module 2: Aspire Horizons Course (≈5 weeks)
Designed and delivered by Harvard University faculty

Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence
Addressing Community Challenges
Being in Action in Your Communities Worldwide
Masterclasses & Immersive Learning (offered throughout the programme)
