The Berlin School of Economics invites applications for several Research Associate positions (RAP) for fixed-term appointments between 3 to 6 years.
Excellent researchers from the following fields are invited to apply: applied microeconomics, microeconomic theory, political economy, organizational economics, behavioral economics, personnel economics, public policy, labor economics, health economics, economics of education, quantitative macroeconomics, heterogeneous agents.
Each of the positions will be hosted and administered by one of the eight Berlin School of Economics institutions.
Berlin School of Economics RAP overview
The Berlin School of Economics Research Associates Program (RAP) is designed to support the careers of postdoctoral researchers and assistant professors (junior professors) in economics and related fields. The program focuses on five key areas: Recruiting, Research, Networks, Guidance, and Skills and Placement.
Duties
Successful candidates will contribute part of their time to research and teaching in economics at the Bachelor, Master or PhD levels, as well as to furthering their own research agenda.
Requirements and Qualifications
Applicants should hold a PhD in economics or a neighboring discipline at the position starting date, and should have excellent qualifications as well as outstanding own research.
