📝 Application Procedure

Follow these steps carefully to complete your application for the Chang’an University CSC Scholarship 2026–2027:


Step 1 – Apply via the CSC Online System

  • Visit the official CSC website: www.csc.edu.cn/studyinchina

  • Select Program Category Type B

  • Enter Agency Number: 10710 (Chang’an University)

  • Complete the form and upload all required documents.


Step 2 – Apply via Chang’an University Portal

  • Visit https://is.chd.edu.cn and create an account.

  • Fill in the online application form, choose your desired program, and upload all required materials.

  • Pay a non-refundable application fee of RMB 600 online after submission.


Step 3 – Track Your Application
