🎓 Fellowship Summary
Location: Bhopal, Indore, Kalaburagi, Nainital (Haldwani), Yadgir

Study Level: Postgraduate
Target Group: Litigating lawyers with 2–3 years of experience, especially those with a background in social causes
Fields of Study: Law, Child Rights, Juvenile Justice
Value & Coverage: ₹25,000 per month
Award Duration: 30 months

📚 Fellowship Overview
This fellowship aims to:
Enhance legal support for children in conflict with the law
Advocate for child-centric approaches in Juvenile Justice Boards and Children’s Courts
Provide mentorship and guidance from senior child rights lawyers
Foster peer learning through webinars and workshops
Co-create a national child rights litigation network
Selected fellows will be expected to:
Provide legal aid to children in conflict with the law
Litigate at the High Court level when necessary
Collaborate with local civil society organizations for rehabilitation support
Work closely with a mentor to develop case strategies
Participate in learning sessions and report on fellowship activities
