🎥 Fellowship Overview
India is rapidly advancing towards its goal of installing 500 GW of electricity generation capacity from non-fossil sources by 2030. However, the journey is fraught with challenges, including outdated electricity grids, financing hurdles, regulatory inconsistencies, and land availability issues. EJN's grant program seeks to illuminate these challenges and the innovative solutions being implemented to overcome them. 📚 Structure and Activities
Selected fellows will receive financial support and mentorship to produce video content that delves into various aspects of India's renewable energy landscape. The program encourages storytelling that is investigative, engaging, and offers fresh perspectives on underreported issues. Fellows are expected to produce videos approximately 8 minutes in length, with the flexibility to create a series of shorter videos within the same budget. The content should be ready for publication by October 31, 2025.
