🎓EP Impact Fellowship Summary
Location: Boston, Chicago, Memphis, Newark, New York City, San Francisco Bay Area, and Texas (Dallas/Ft. Worth, Houston, Central Texas), with limited remote or non-core placements.
Host Institutions: School districts, charter networks, government education agencies, and nonprofits.
Level: Early- to mid-career professionals with 2+ years of full-time experience.
Target Group: U.S.-based professionals committed to educational equity.
Fields of Focus: Project management, data analysis, operations, and strategy.
Award Value: $58,000 stipend over 10 months, plus benefits.
Duration: 10 months (September/October 2025 – Summer 2026).

Priority Round: April 15, 2025
Final Round: May 27, 2025
Extended Round: July 15, 2025
Start Date: Placements begin between September and October 2025.
Eligible to: U.S. citizens or those authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
📘 Fellowship Overview
The EP Impact Fellowship is designed to cultivate future leaders in education by placing them in high-impact roles that address systemic challenges in K–12 education. Fellows work on critical projects such as:
Good Reason Houston: Supporting partnership cultivation and engagement initiatives.
Chicago Public Schools: Implementing essential non-instructional initiatives.
DC Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE): Managing policy regulation updates.
KIPP NYC: Designing and streamlining data and information systems.
Through these placements, Fellows gain hands-on experience, develop leadership skills, and contribute to meaningful change in the education sector.

✅ Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
Be new to the EP Impact Fellowship.
Hold a bachelor's degree.
Have at least two years of full-time, post-undergraduate professional work experience.
Demonstrate a commitment to EP’s mission and a passion for public education.
Be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis (international students eligible if they do not require visa assistance).
Be available to complete the full program in person in one of the target cities.
