These scholarships not only help with tuition and living costs but also aim to boost social cohesion, employability, and skills through training, mentoring, and community activities. Here's everything you need to know.
🎓 Scholarship Summary
Location: Türkiye
Host Institutions: The programme is implemented by Representation of ICMPD in Türkiye in partnership with Ankara University, Hasan Kalyoncu University, and the Marmara Municipalities Union.

Value & Coverage:
For undergraduates: Annual allowance of €360, or the university fee contribution up to €500
For graduate students: Annual allowance of €540, or fee reimbursement up to €500
Payments are typically in two installments per semester, contingent on enrollment and academic performance.
Duration: Covers the academic year 2025-2026; disbursement is per semester, with monitoring of grades etc.

Be one of: Turkish citizen; under temporary protection; international protection in Türkiye.
Enrolled or planning to enroll in undergraduate, graduate, vocational (2-year post-secondary), or associate degree programmes.

Payments start December 2025, upon verification of enrollment and continued academic performance.

Keep on track with deadlines: missing the 1 November 2025 deadline will disqualify your application.
Make sure your GPA is certified and meets the minimum. If your transcript uses a different scale, find a way to convert or show equivalence.
