Students selected for the scholarship will automatically join the “For Our Future” Alumni Club and the YO PLACE community—initiatives that connect motivated young people across institutions to collaborate, network, and contribute to social innovation in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area.

🎁 Scholarship Benefits

• Financial Award: HK$50,000 total, disbursed in two instalments:

  • HK$40,000 awarded at the Presentation Ceremony.

  • HK$10,000 upon completion of the required service or activity hours by 30 April 2027.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

To qualify, applicants must:

• Be local students aged 18–30 enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s (Year 2 or above) or master’s degree program in any discipline.

• Have achieved a cumulative GPA (cGPA) of 3.3 or above in the academic year 2024–25.

• Demonstrate outstanding performance in academic projects.

• Show evidence of personal development in fields such as sports, arts, or music.

• Display active participation in social services and strong leadership skills.

• For senior entrants and first-year master’s students, a GPA of 3.3 or above in previous sub-degree or undergraduate studies is required.

1. Complete the following documents:

   • Application form (fillable PDF; hand-written forms not preferred).

   • Nomination form (to be completed by the applicant’s faculty/school/academic department).

   • Supporting documents listed in Annex B of the application form.

2. Submission Format:

   • Combine all materials into ONE PDF file named in the format:

     For Our Future_student ID_full name (e.g., For Our Future_23241111_Chan Tai Man).

   • Ensure all scanned documents are clear and legible, not exceeding 25 MB.

3. Online Submission:

   • Log in with your SSOid at the HKBU Documents Upload Platform.

   • Select “For Our Future Scholarship 2025–26” and upload your file before 5:00 PM on 21 November 2025.

   • You will receive an auto-confirmation email upon successful submission.

4. Important Notes:

   • Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted.

   • Upload early to avoid technical issues—system time on the website determines the submission deadline.

   • Only shortlisted applicants will be invited to the internal interview at HKBU in early December 2025.
