  • Project proposals must be submitted in English, though additional language support is allowed alongside English.

To apply, candidates must submit a single PDF document (under 10MB) including:

  1. Preformatted Cover Letter (downloadable from Fujifilm’s site) — This should concisely introduce your project idea and objectives.

  2. Project Proposal:

    • Detailed description and plan

    • Objectives and intended outcomes

    • Evaluation methods to measure success

    • Communication plan beyond Fujifilm’s platform

    • Strategy to utilize Fujifilm mentorship and resources

    • Timeline and budget allocation

  3. Portfolio: Showcase your past works to demonstrate your experience and creative capacity.

📆 Timeline

  • Application Period: June 30 – August 31, 2025

  • 1st Round (Sept 1–19, 2025): Initial review of submissions; 45 finalists (15 per geographic region) selected for interviews.

  • 2nd Round (Sept 29 – Oct 17, 2025): Zoom interviews with finalists; 15 finalists chosen to proceed.

  • Final Round (Oct 20 – Nov 10, 2025): Final judging by an expert panel; 5 Global Grant Award winners and 10 Regional Grant Award recipients announced in January 2026.
