Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the Fulbright Foreign Student Program for Mozambique, Applicants must:
Be citizens or nationals of Mozambique, or permanent residents holding a valid Mozambican passport.
Possess at least the equivalent of four years of university study and a U.S. bachelor’s degree. Final-year university students may apply but must provide their diploma and final transcript by August 2025.
Demonstrate sufficient English proficiency for full-time graduate study in the U.S., as evidenced by interviews and standardized test scores.
Meet minimum required scores on standardized tests such as the TOEFL and GRE/GMAT.
Exhibit high motivation and a strong commitment to completing the program as scheduled and returning to Mozambique.
