🎓 Scholarship Summary
Location: Munich, Germany
Organizers: INCERT (Luxembourg) in partnership with One Young World
Participation Level: Young leaders (non-student-specific) participating in the Summit
Target Group: Individuals aged 18–30 with interests/experience in cybersecurity and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) principles

🧭 Programme Overview
The INCERT | One Young World Scholarship is a joint initiative between INCERT (Luxembourg’s public cybersecurity agency) and One Young World. Its purpose is to discover, support, and uplift emerging leaders in cybersecurity across EU countries, especially those who can tie their technical or policy work to broader ESG goals. The programme will fund three exceptional young leaders to attend the 2025 One Young World Summit in Munich.
Summit activities include plenaries, workshops, networking, leadership training, interaction with global experts, and opportunities for post-summit engagement among the One Young World Ambassador community. Participants will also engage with ESG-informed discussions to explore how cybersecurity intersects with sustainable development.

✅ Eligibility Criteria
To apply, you must meet all of the following:
Be between 18 and 30 years old (though applications from those over 30 may be considered if they have significant personal impact, initiative, and willingness to engage). Under-18s are not eligible.
Be a national of an EU member state.
Demonstrated interest and/or experience in cybersecurity (technical, policy, education, or related).
Track record of impactful, innovative solutions (in cybersecurity or related fields).
Awareness/vision of how ESG and cybersecurity intersect, including protecting rights, enabling sustainable innovation, digital equity, trust, etc.

ℹ️ Extra Information & Notes
The Summit runs from 3–6 November 2025 in Munich. Some associated hotel nights include 2 November.
Visa preparation is important if you need a Schengen visa; applying early is advised.
Even if you are over 30, you may still apply, but must show exceptional contribution and impact.
