📚 Curriculum & Program Structure

The SSP is structured over six semesters, combining research activities with coursework:

  • Year 1:

    • Selection of research theme and submission of research plan

    • Participation in advanced seminars and interdisciplinary engineering courses

    • English research writing classes

  • Year 2:

    • Continuation of research with mid-term evaluations

    • Further interdisciplinary courses

    • Preparation for preliminary assessment of doctoral dissertation

  • Year 3:

    • Finalization of research and submission of dissertation

    • Publication of at least one peer-reviewed paper

    • Final evaluation and defense

Students are expected to earn a minimum of 10 doctoral course credits and demonstrate significant research achievements.
