📝 Application Procedure
Applicants must follow these steps:
Apply to a Malaysian university listed under the MTCP programme
Obtain a Full Offer Letter (or conditional offer if pending)
Register and submit an online application through the MTCP portal
Upload all required documents before the deadline
Important notes:
Only complete applications submitted within the deadline will be considered
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an online interview
If no response is received by 6 July 2026, the application is considered unsuccessful
