Scholarship Benefits

  • Full and Partial Scholarships: Covering full or half of the tuition and miscellaneous semester fees.

  • NT$5,000/semester Aid: For master’s students in specific programs, funded by the National Development Council.

  • Fee Waivers: Full tuition exemption for the first and second year for doctoral students, and for the first year for other new international students.

 

Study Programs Available

  • College of Engineering: Mechanical Engineering, Chemical and Materials Engineering.

  • College of Management: Business Administration, Information Management.

  • College of Electrical Engineering & Computer Science: Computer Science and Information Engineering.

 

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must hold foreign nationality without R.O.C. citizenship and meet the continuous residency requirement overseas for 6 years prior to February 1, 2025.

  • Must not have a history of studying in Taiwan as an overseas Chinese student.

  • Master’s Programs: Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

  • Ph.D. Programs: Applicants should hold a master’s degree or equivalent.

 

Application Procedure

Complete the online application: Create an account on the online registration system, pick your preferred study program and upload Required documents and submit your application.


Required Documents:

  • Passport Copy.

  • Diploma and Official Transcripts (translated into Chinese or English if necessary).

  • Financial Proof (minimum NT$100,000 or US$3,500).

  • Autobiography and Study Plan in English or Chinese.

  • Language Proficiency Certificates (TOEIC 550 or equivalent for English; TOCFL level A2 for Chinese if applicable).
