This fully funded initiative under the Omani Programme for Cultural and Scientific Cooperation invites Pakistani nationals along with other international students to study at top private institutions in Oman, in fields such as Engineering, Humanities, IT, and Sciences (excluding Medicine).

Location: Oman
Host Institutions: Leading private universities across Oman
Study Level: Undergraduate (Bachelor’s degree)

Fields of Study: Engineering, Humanities, Information Technology, Sciences (excluding Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy)
Value & Coverage:
100% tuition fee waiver
Monthly stipend: OMR 200 (if housing not provided) or OMR 140 (if free housing provided)
One round-trip air ticket per academic year
Duration: Standard duration of the chosen Bachelor’s program (typically 3–4 years)

✅ Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, applicants must:
Be intentional student including Pakistani nationals
Be 23 years old or younger at the time of application
Have completed Intermediate (Grade 12) within the last 3 years
Be medically fit
Obtain an Equivalency Certificate from Oman’s Ministry of Education

Required Documents:
Valid passport
Intermediate (Grade 12) certificate or equivalent
Equivalency Certificate issued by Oman’s Ministry of Education
English language proficiency results (if available)
All documents must be in English, under size limits (≤ 2 MB for PDFs, ≤ 1 MB for images), and filenames must not contain special characters
