✅ Eligibility Criteria
Must be a Qatari citizen with good conduct and medically fit
Possess a valid high school diploma or higher qualification

Meet age and employment requirements—e.g., under 25 for outbound scholarships; not employed in public/private sector; male applicants need clearance from National Service Academy
