Rappler, the Philippines' leading digital media company, partners with One Young World for the second consecutive year to offer the Rappler Scholarship 2025. This initiative aims to empower five young Filipino leaders who are making significant impacts in the realms of anti-hate advocacy and responsible technology.

The selected scholars will attend the One Young World Summit 2025, scheduled from November 3 to 6 in Munich, Germany. This global event gathers young leaders from around the world to discuss and devise solutions for pressing global issues.

Successful applicants will receive a comprehensive package that includes:

Access to the One Young World Summit 2025 in Munich, Germany.
Hotel accommodation from November 2 to 7, 2025.
Round-trip economy travel to and from Munich.
All meals during the conference days (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
Ground transportation between the Summit accommodation and the venue.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Aged between 18 and 30 years old.*
Be a national of the Philippines.
Demonstrated capacity for leadership.
Proven track record of positive impact in anti-hate initiatives or responsible technology.
Experience in volunteering.
Willingness to host a community chat on the Rappler Communities app about an issue pertinent to their group, sector, or community.

💡 Note: Applicants over 30 may be considered if they demonstrate significant personal impact and initiative.

Join the 'Volunteer Opportunities' Chat Room: Engage with the community and understand the platform's dynamics.
Complete the Online Application: Fill out the application form available on the One Young World website.
Plan a Community Chat: Prepare to host a one-hour live chat on the Rappler Communities app, inviting community members and resource persons to discuss a relevant issue.
