💡 Tips & Additional Notes

  • This scholarship is highly competitive. In previous years, only a small number of applicants were selected out of thousands.

  • When writing your personal statement, clearly outline your academic goals, financial need, and impact you hope to make. Be genuine and specific.

  • Ensure all documents (transcripts, references) are legible, correct, and well-formatted. Mistakes may disqualify you.

  • During the interview, be prepared to answer competency-based questions about your study area, aspirations, challenges, and how this scholarship will help you.

  • Because some allowances (travel, fieldwork) are discretionary, make a strong case in your application if your course requires such costs.
