European countries: Austria, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Georgia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ukraine
Southeast Asian countries: East Timor, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Vietnam, Brunei, Singapore, Indonesia, Cambodia, Thailand, Philippines
Eligibility Criteria
Nationality: Applicants must hold citizenship in one of the 32 eligible countries. Additionally, both parents of the applicant must hold citizenship from countries other than South Korea.
Level of Education: Applicants must be bachelor's degree holders who have graduated or are expected to graduate from a university.
Language Proficiency (English or Korean): Applicants must submit one or more of the following documents: TOEFL iBT score report of 71 or higher (Home Edition & Enhancement are acceptable) OR Academic IELTS score of 5.5 or higher (IELTS Home Test is NOT acceptable) OR CEFR level B2 or higher, TOPIK level 3 or higher.
⚠️ NOTE
Applicants who have completed their degree program (BA) in English are not required to submit proof of language proficiency.
Application Procedure and Documents
1. Online Application Submission:
Applicants are required to submit an online admission application (LINK HERE) along with the required documents. There is no application fee.

Academic Transcripts and Certificates: Official transcripts and graduation certificates from all attended institutions.
Language Proficiency Test Scores: Valid test scores as per the language proficiency requirements.
Recommendation Letters: At least two letters of recommendation from professors or professionals in the applicant's field of study.
Personal Statement and Study Plan: A detailed personal statement outlining the applicant's background, achievements, and motivation for applying, along with a study plan.
Passport Copy: A valid copy of the applicant's passport.
2. Application Review:
Submitted documents will be evaluated by the review committee of each department. No exams or interviews are required; however, an interview may be conducted if requested by the department.
