The Digital GreenTalents Award is designed to promote the international exchange of innovative ideas at the intersection of digitalization and sustainable development. Each year, 20 outstanding young researchers are selected to participate in a comprehensive program that includes:

Mentoring Program: Tailored support to integrate participants into the German research landscape and GreenTech labor market.
Alumni Network: Lifetime access to a global network of over 300 former awardees from 72 countries, facilitating ongoing collaboration and knowledge exchange.

✅ Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Academic Status: Currently enrolled in a doctoral program, in the final year of a master's program, or have completed a PhD within the last three months.
Research Focus: Projects that apply digital methods to sustainability challenges.
Age: Not older than 30 years at the time of application (exceptions possible for circumstances like childcare).
Language Proficiency: Very good knowledge of English.
Academic Excellence: Above-average grades and a strong academic record.
Commitment: Willingness to actively participate in all components of the program.
Residency: Applicants must not be residents or citizens of Germany.
