  • Age: Not older than 30 years at the time of application (exceptions possible for circumstances like childcare).

  • Language Proficiency: Very good knowledge of English.

  • Academic Excellence: Above-average grades and a strong academic record.

  • Commitment: Willingness to actively participate in all components of the program.

  • Residency: Applicants must not be residents or citizens of Germany.
