🎓 Programme Overview
The NABE Scholars Program aims to increase diversity within the business economics profession by providing opportunities for outstanding early-career economists and students from historically underrepresented groups. The program includes participation in the following events:
2025 NABE Foundation Economic Measurement Seminar: July 14–15, Washington, DC
2025 NABE Annual Meeting: October 12–14, Philadelphia, PA
2025 NABE Tech Economics Conference: November 9–11, Seattle, WA
2026 NABE Economic Policy Conference: February 22–24, Washington, DC
One Certified Business Economist (CBE) course of the scholar’s choice
Scholars are expected to attend at least two of these events in person. The program provides an immersive experience, combining academic learning with professional networking.

✅ Eligibility Criteria
Be a current student or early-career professional with seven years or less of experience in economics.
Be in a role that applies economic principles and theory.
Hold at least an undergraduate degree.
Not have been a past NABE Scholar.
