Scholarship Benefits
1. Monthly Allowances
University student (2nd level): €620.
PhD student: €1,025.50.
University teachers/researchers/artists:
Without a PhD and less than 4 years of work experience: €1,025.50.
With a PhD and less than 10 years of work experience: €1,370.
With a PhD and more than 10 years of work experience: €1,470.
2. Travel Grants: Financial support for travel expenses based on the distance between the applicant’s home country and Slovakia.
3. Fees Covered: Support for living costs during the scholarship period.
Eligibility Criteria
The specific eligibility criteria for each category under the National Scholarship Programme of the Slovak Republic (NSP) 2025:
1. University Students (Second Level of Higher Education)
Must be enrolled in a higher education institution outside Slovakia.
Should be pursuing a second-level (Master's) degree.

2. PhD Students

Must have a PhD or its equivalent.
Should have less than 10 years of professional experience in their field.
Must be invited by a Slovak institution for academic or professional mobility.
- With a PhD Degree and More Than 10 Years of Work Experience:
Must have a PhD or its equivalent.
Should have more than 10 years of professional experience in their field.
Must be invited by a Slovak institution for teaching, research, or artistic collaboration.
