✅ Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
Meet the entry requirements for admission to a graduate program at TMU.
Be enrolled in a bachelor’s degree (for Master’s applicants) or master’s degree (for Ph.D. applicants) program at:
A TMU partner institution, OR
A higher education institution in Tokyo’s sister cities, OR
A higher education institution in another Asian country/region.
Alternatively, applicants may be working at a research institution, governmental body, or company in these locations.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to collaboration and innovation that enhances Tokyo and contributes to the global community.
📝 Application Procedure
Choose a Graduate Program: Review TMU’s graduate schools to select your desired course of study.
Prepare Required Documents:
Completed scholarship application form
Proof of enrollment or employment at an eligible institution/organization
Academic transcripts and certificates
Research proposal or study plan
Proof of English or Japanese language proficiency (depending on program requirements)
