✅ Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  1. Be female and eligible for admission to a TU Wien English-taught Master’s in Computer Science .

  2. Hold a Bachelor’s degree (informatics, mathematics, or equivalent Bologna first-cycle) .

  3. Demonstrate mathematical and technical expertise or interest in at least one of Helmut Veith’s research domains listed above .

  4. Meet English proficiency requirements—TOEFL, IELTS, or proof of English-medium Bachelor study .

  5. Enroll and be unconditionally admitted to a Master's program at TU Wien (the scholarship application does not replace the admission process) .



🔍 Conditions & Requirements

Selected scholars must:

  • Average at least 25 ECTS credits per term, with deadlines April 30 (winter term) and November 30 (summer term) .

  • Maintain a grade average of at most 1.5 (Austrian grading system) .

  • Reside in Austria during the term, with exceptions (e.g., internships or research visits) requiring approval .
