🧭 Fellowship Overview
The CCP Fellowship offers participants the opportunity to collaborate with host organizations in Germany or partner countries, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to civil society initiatives. Fellows engage in a 3–4 day transcultural workshop, participate in networking events, and receive mentoring throughout the fellowship period. Upon returning home, fellows integrate their international experiences into their local organizations, fostering global learning and collaboration.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:
At least two years of professional experience or volunteer work in a civil society organization
Solid command of written and spoken English
Ability to undertake a prolonged stay abroad
Students are not eligible to participate
