This fully funded opportunity invites professionals and volunteers from over 40 countries to engage in a transformative two- to three-month exchange in Germany or other CCP partner countries. The programme aims to strengthen civil societies by fostering intercultural dialogue, enhancing professional skills, and building lasting international networks. 🧭 Fellowship Overview

The CCP Fellowship offers participants the opportunity to collaborate with host organizations in Germany or partner countries, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to civil society initiatives. Fellows engage in a 3–4 day transcultural workshop, participate in networking events, and receive mentoring throughout the fellowship period. Upon returning home, fellows integrate their international experiences into their local organizations, fostering global learning and collaboration.

    Minimum age of 23 years at the time of application


  • ✅ Eligibility Criteria:

  • At least two years of professional experience or volunteer work in a civil society organization

  • Solid command of written and spoken English

  • Ability to undertake a prolonged stay abroad

  • Students are not eligible to participate

    2. Complete the application form and upload all required documents.

    3. Submit your completed application online via the application portal.

    • Letter of recommendation from a supervisor in your home organization, using the provided template
