  1. Academic background: Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Agricultural Economics, Development Studies, Mathematics, Gender Studies, Governance, Knowledge Management, ICT, Communication, or related fields.

  2. Age: Must be 30 years old or below.

  3. Nationality: Kenyan citizens or individuals with legal work permits in Kenya.

  4. Language Proficiency: Strong command of English (written and oral); knowledge of French is an added advantage.

  5. Degree Recency: Apply within one year of completing a Master’s degree.

  6. Preferred Skills: Rapid turnaround of tasks, strong communication abilities, and a proactive work ethic.
