🌐 Program Overview
The AYFN Autumn Japan Culture Camp 2025 is a short-term cultural immersion program designed to provide participants with firsthand experience of Japanese culture and society. The program includes daily activities and cultural excursions, offering a full immersion experience. English will be used as the primary language, so no prior knowledge of Japanese is necessary.
🗓️ Itinerary Highlights
Day 1: Arrival in Osaka, hotel check-in, and visit to Namba and Dotonburi
Day 2: Explore Fushimi Inari Shrine and Osaka Castle
Day 3: Kimono experience in Gion and Higashiyama walking tour
Day 4: Visit Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, Togetsukyo Bridge, and Tenryu-ji Temple
Day 5: Explore Nara Park and Todaiji Temple, participate in a gift exchange session
Day 6: Hotel check-out and departure
🎁 Scholarship Benefits
Program Fee Waiver: Valued at USD 950
Travel Grant: Up to USD 750 for flight expenses
Accommodation: 6 days and 5 nights in shared rooms
Meals: 4 breakfasts and 4 lunches

📝 Application Procedure
Purchase AYFN E-book: Applicants are required to purchase an AYFN E-book (USD 30; discounted price: USD 11) as part of the application process.
Prepare Documents:
Curriculum Vitae (Europass format)
Motivation letter: "Why do I need this scholarship?" (max 250 words)
Essay: "Why I deserve this scholarship?" (max 250 words)
Self-introduction video (max 2 minutes)
Proof of E-book purchase
All documents must be in English
Submit Application: Complete the online application form and upload all required documents.
Selection Process:
Shortlisted candidates will be notified by August 20, 2025
Interviews will be conducted between September 1–5, 2025
Final announcement of selected participants on September 10, 2025
