✅ Eligibility Criteria
Be born on or after January 1, 1985
Hold a PhD degree in natural sciences, engineering, or a related field

Have produced scientific or technological outputs with leadership potential
Not currently be full-time in China or must have returned after January 1, 2024
Commit to three years of full-time work in China after the award approval
Adhere to Chinese laws and scientific ethics
Note: Applicants may only hold one national-level talent project at the same time.
