✅ Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this fellowship, you must:
Be a citizen and resident of one of the designated Western Balkan countries.
Commit to returning home post-fellowship.
Hold a postgraduate qualification or equivalent training/experience.
Have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in cyber security or policy—whether in government, academia, or advisory roles.
Be proficient in English.
Not hold British or dual British citizenship.
Not be (or closely related to) a current/former employee of UK government bodies or associated organizations within two years of application opening.
Not have received UK Government (including Chevening) scholarship funding in the past five years.
