    • Applied Data Science

    • Civil Engineering (Bauingenieurwesen)

    • Industrial Engineering & Management

    • Integrated Systems & Circuits Design

    • Mechanical / Lightweight Engineering (Maschinenbau / Leichtbau)

  • Value & Coverage: Total scholarship value of €8,400 over two years:

    • 1st & 2nd semesters: €700/month stipend

    • 3rd & 4th semesters: Part-time employment (up to 20 hours/week) at CUAS research department or partner companies (subject to availability)

    • Free beginner-level German language immersion course

  • Duration: Two-year Master’s program (4 semesters)

  • Application Deadline: 15 May 2026 — eligible applicants will receive a link via email to apply for the scholarship

  • Notification of Award: By end of June 2026 

  • Eligibility Requirements:

    • Excellent Bachelor’s degree

    • Non-resident and non-citizen of Austria

    • Admission to one of the eligible Master’s programs listed above

    • Bachelor’s graduates with no prior Master’s degree

    • Full payment of tuition fees plus Austrian Student Union (ÖH) fee (with payment possible from mid-January 2026)

✅ Eligibility Criteria

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree (no previous Master’s).

  • Excellent academic performance.

  • Not residing in Austria and not an Austrian citizen.

  • From one of the eligible countries listed (Europe, South America, Mexico) .

  • Must have been admitted to one of the eligible technical Master’s programs.

  • Commit to paying tuition and associated student fees in 2026.

📝 Application Procedure

  1. Apply to a Master’s program at CUAS in one of the eligible fields.

  2. If eligible, receive an email invitation with a link to the TECH scholarship application.

  3. Submit application through provided link (documents are typically self-explanatory but may include a motivation letter, CV, transcripts, and acceptance letter).

  4. Submit by 15 May 2026 to be considered.

  5. Await notification by end of June 2026.
