Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the France Excellence Europa Scholarship, applicants must:
Be nationals of one of the 26 specified European Union member states
Be at least 18 years old at the start of their stay in France
Not already possess a Master's degree from any country
Have secured admission to a French higher education institution for Master’s 1 or Master’s 2 for the 2025-2026 academic year
Not hold a French higher education degree or be currently registered in France for a higher education degree
Not be recipients of an Erasmus+, AUF, or other French ministry scholarship
Application Procedure
Applicants must submit the following documents:
Completed and signed "France Excellence Europa Scholarship" application form
Curriculum Vitae (CV) in French or English
Cover letter in French or English
Copy of the most recent higher education diploma obtained or, if still in progress, a copy of the secondary school diploma (translated into French or English)
Copies of transcripts from the last two years of higher education (translated into French or English)
Copy of a valid identity document (passport or ID card)

Submit the completed application form and supporting documents electronically to the French Embassy in your country of nationality.
Additional Information:
The scholarship selection process involves pre-selection by the cultural services of French embassies, followed by evaluation by specialists from the eligible fields within the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs. The scholarship does not cover course fees or the cost of international or national transportation.
