The Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) is now accepting applications for its Young Professionals Program (YPP) 2025 intake. This prestigious, fully funded, 24-month program is designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders in international development, offering participants a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful projects across IsDB's 57 member countries.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the IsDB YPP 2025, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Education: Hold at least a Master's degree in a discipline relevant to the Bank's work, obtained within four years prior to the application deadline (31 May 2025).

  • Citizenship: Priority is given to citizens of IsDB member countries.

  • Language Proficiency: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Arabic and/or French is an advantage.

  • Age: Not older than 32 years as of the application deadline.

  • Mobility: Willingness to reside in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and undertake assignments in various member countries.

  • Professional Experience: Up to five years of relevant post-bachelor's professional experience in one of IsDB's functional areas.

To apply for the IsDB YPP 2025:
