  • Location: Ibadan (training) with attachments in Lagos, Aba, Kaduna, Enugu, Ota, Ijebu-Ode, and Awo-Omamma

  • Host Institutions: Industrial Training Fund (ITF), Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA), and Nigerian Breweries Plc

  • Programme Level: Technical/Vocational Training

  • Target Group: Young Nigerian graduates with relevant technical or science qualifications

  • Fields of Focus: Mechanical/Automation Maintenance & Engineering, Quality Assurance, Logistics & Distribution

🛠️ Programme Overview

The ITF-NECA Technical Skills Development Programme aims to bridge the skills gap in Nigeria's industrial sector by providing practical training to young graduates. Participants will undergo non-residential training at the Supply Chain Academy of Nigerian Breweries Plc in Ibadan, complemented by hands-on attachments at various brewery locations across Nigeria.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

  • Be Nigerian citizens.

  • Have graduated not earlier than 2018.

  • Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.

  • Possess a minimum of Lower Credit in relevant fields from recognized institutions.

  • Have credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.


📚 Relevant Fields Include:

  • Engineering Disciplines: Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics, Automation, Industrial Maintenance, Metallurgical, Agricultural, Instrumentation, Computer Engineering.

  • Science Disciplines: Chemical Engineering, Food Science & Technology, Biological Sciences, Applied Physics, Laboratory Science.

  2. Complete the online application form.

  3. Upload the following documents:

    • Recent CV/Resume

    • Academic certificates and transcripts

    • NYSC discharge certificate

    • Valid means of identification

  • Candidates are responsible for their transportation, accommodation, and feeding during the selection process.

  • Original copies of credentials will be required during screening.
