✅ Eligibility Criteria

  • Nationality: Must be a citizen of the nominating country (Pakistan, Zambia, Liberia, Grenada, or St. Kitts & Nevis)

  • Age Limits:

    • Bachelor’s: 19–23 years

    • Master’s: Up to 35 years

    • PhD: Up to 45 years

  • Academic Qualifications:

    • Undergraduate: High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 12 years of education

    • Master’s: Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field

    • PhD: Master’s degree in the relevant field

  • Language Proficiency: Willingness to study in French; language training provided

  • Other Requirements:

    • Medical and police clearance certificates

    • Acceptance into a Moroccan institution (where applicable)

📝 Application Procedure

  1. Obtain Nomination: Apply through your country's designated authority (e.g., Ministry of Education or relevant scholarship board - See below 👇🏿)

  2. Prepare Documents:

    • Completed application form

    • Certified copies of academic certificates and transcripts

    • Birth certificate and proof of nationality

    • Passport bio-data page

    • Recent police clearance certificate

    • Medical certificate

    • Curriculum Vitae (CV)

    • Letter of motivation

    • Two recommendation letters

    • Acceptance letter from a Moroccan institution (if required)
