Description:

At Clinical Science Departments of Neurosurgery The Postodoctoral Fellow is required to manage data projects in the Tulane Center for Clinical Neurosciences. He/she will be responsible for the creation, updating, maintenance, quality control and filtering, validation, security and analyses of research projects databases; along with multiplatform system programming and provision of computerized reports as needed. He/she will also be responsible for developing bioinformatics and data analysis protocols and pipelines, and assisting with faculty analytic projects with a variety of other study related tasks, in compliance with standard operating procedures and regulatory agencies guidelines.

Description:

The Postdoctoral Fellow is responsible for all aspects of data analysis, including cleaning, organizing, managing, and monitoring data as well as composition of tables and figures to convey results. Description:

At School of Science and Engineering , The Biomedical Acoustics laboratory at Tulane University is looking for a postdoctoral research scientist with experience in biomedical / physical acoustics, medical device development / analysis, and/or machine learning. The successful applicant will conduct NIH- and DoD-funded research on drop-of-blood coagulation analysis by acoustic tweezing technology. This position is available as early as May 2024 and will remain open until filled.

 

Description:

The Department of Computer Science at Tulane University has an immediate new opening for a full-time postdoctoral fellow. The position will commence at an agreed upon start date and initially corresponds to a one-year appointment, renewable for up to two years.

The successful applicant will work with Prof. Nicholas Mattei and the Tulane Data & Artificial Intelligence Lab (TUDAI). The applicant is expected to join the lab and work on research involving the theory and practice of artificial intelligence, using tools from algorithm design, game theory, machine learning, data science, and also exploring the impact of these technologies on society. Applicants should be motivated to both join existing projects as well as propose new opportunities and directions. The successful applicant will work with Prof. Mattei as well as graduate and undergraduate students in the lab.

Tulane University is welcoming applications for a postdoctoral fellow for the Department of Physiology with a focus related to studying the molecular mechanisms regulating blood pressure and kidney dysfunction. The candidate will be responsible for projects involving single cell transcriptomics and genetic/epigenetic molecular mechanisms of fibrosis and inflammation contributing to hypertension and kidney dysfunction.
