The Qatar 2025 FIFA Volunteer Programme is designed to engage passionate individuals in the operational success of two major football tournaments. Volunteers will be integral to various aspects of event management, from assisting spectators and managing media operations to ensuring smooth accreditation processes and delivering exceptional hospitality services. This hands-on experience offers a unique glimpse into the inner workings of international sporting events and provides volunteers with the opportunity to develop valuable skills and networks.

✅ Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the programme, applicants must:
Residency: Be a Qatari national or resident with a valid Qatar ID (QID).
Age: Be at least 18 years old at the time of application.
Language Proficiency: Have a good command of English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
Availability: Be available for the entire duration of the assigned tournament, including pre-event training sessions.
Experience: No prior volunteering experience is required.
Attitude: Demonstrate enthusiasm, teamwork, and a proactive approach.

Application Period: Applications are open from 27 May to 10 June 2025.
Selection Process:
Interviews: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for in-person interviews at the Volunteer Recruitment Centre located at Lusail Stadium.
Exemptions: Applicants with prior experience volunteering at FIFA events in Qatar may be exempt from the interview stage.
Assignment: Volunteers will be assigned to one of the two tournaments based on availability, profile matching, and operational needs.
🔗 Additional Information
Single Application: One application covers both tournaments; however, due to overlapping schedules, volunteers will be assigned to only one event.
Role Preferences: Applicants can indicate their preferred tournament and functional area during the application process.
Training Sessions: Mandatory training sessions will be scheduled prior to the events to prepare volunteers for their roles.
