Scholarships and Awards that require an application
There are in total 6 Scholarships & awards that are offered by UNSW that needs a separate application, we list them below with their relevant information:
1). International Scientia Coursework Scholarship - Code: (PUCA1025)
• Value: Full tuition fee scholarship paid directly towards tuition fees or $20,000 per annum paid directly towards tuition fees
• Eligibility: Be commencing full-time study in a UNSW undergraduate or postgraduate coursework degree program
• Application: Applications are submitted online through UNSW Scholarship Application Online portal
2). Lily and Dr Ben KC Chng Scholarship - Code (UGCE1129)
• Value: $5,000 per annum for the minimum duration of program
• Eligibility:
Be commencing full-time study in a UNSW School of Built Environment undergraduate coursework degree program in Term 3, 2024.
Be an international student, who is a citizen of Singapore at the time of application
Hold a diploma or equivalent course of at least 2 years credit from one of the following institutions: (Nanyang Polytechnic, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore Polytechnic, Temasek Polytechnic, Republic Polytechnic)

3). UNSW Law & Justice International Award- Code: (PUCA1028)
• Value: $10,000 paid directly towards tuition fees for 1 year
• Eligibility: Be commencing full-time study in a UNSW Law and Justice undergraduate or postgraduate coursework degree program (LLB, JD or LLM programs) in Term 3, 2024
• Application: Applications are submitted online through UNSW Scholarship Application Online portal
4). UNSW Business School International Pathways Award - Code: (PUCA1023)
• Value: $15,000 paid directly towards tuition fees for 1 year
• Eligibility:
Be commencing full-time study in a UNSW Business School postgraduate (Master) coursework degree program (excluding any program offered by AGSM) in Term 3, 2024
Must have a Masters articulation pathway qualification from an approved partner institution prior to commencing study at UNSW.

5). UNSW Business School International Scholarship - Code: (PUCA1024)
• Value: $5,000 paid directly towards tuition fees for the minimum duration of program
• Eligibility:
Be commencing in an eligible undergraduate or postgraduate coursework degree program offered by UNSW Business School in Term 3, 2024.
Undergraduate applicants must have completed an assessable Senior Secondary School qualification immediately prior to commencing study at UNSW and not have undertaken prior tertiary study.
Not be in receipt of the UNSW Business School International High Achievers Scholarship
• Application: Applications are submitted online through UNSW Scholarship Application Online portal
6). UNSW Arts, Design & Architecture GEMS Education Internl. Award - Code: (UGCA1644)
• Value: $10,000 paid directly towards tuition fees for 1 year
• Eligibility:
Must be commencing a full-time single undergraduate degree program offered by the Faculty Arts, Design & Architecture in Term 3, 2024.
Provide evidence of graduation from a GEMS Education School.
• Application: Applications are submitted online through UNSW Scholarship Application Online portal
Additional Eligibility Criteria
For all scholarships mentioned above, the below additional eligibility criteria also must be satisfied:
Must be an international student; and
Have received an offer of admission* into an eligible program for Term 3 2024 by 31 July 2024.
*Offers of admission must be one of the following:
Undergraduate or postgraduate Letter of Offer (unconditional)
Undergraduate or postgraduate Conditional English Package Offer (UEEC) - students must be enrolled in the UNSW Institute of Languages and successfully complete the program prior to commencing in Term 3 2024
Selection Criteria
Applicants will be assessed on the basis of:
Academic merit
Leadership skills (school, workplace or community)
Extra-curricular activities (sporting, cultural activities, volunteer/work experience)
Reasons for undertaking studies at UNSW
