📘 Programme Overview
The HEY course focuses on empowering youth leaders with the knowledge, skills, and tools to promote human rights and facilitate intercultural and interfaith dialogue in their communities. It is organized by the Human Security and Rights of People Team at PAX in collaboration with regional partners.

Pre-course phase (online): Introductory webinars and community building
Main course (6–13 October 2025): In-person sessions in the Netherlands

✅ Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
Be aged between 18 and 30
Have a strong interest or background in human rights, peacebuilding, intercultural or interfaith dialogue
Be active in their communities or in youth-led initiatives
Possess a good command of English (working language of the course)
Be available for the entire duration of the course (6–13 October 2025)
Be committed to implementing a follow-up activity in their community
📝 Application Procedure
To apply, candidates must complete the following steps:

Motivation letter (max 500 words)
Updated CV
Reference letter (optional but recommended)
Any supporting documents on past community work (photos, reports, etc.)
Submit the application no later than 7 July 2025.
Shortlisted candidates may be contacted for a brief online interview in August 2025.

Follow-up grants or mentorship may be available for selected local initiatives after the course.
