🌍 Fellowship Overview
The Global Good Fund Fellowship is a year-long hybrid leadership program tailored for social entrepreneurs committed to creating sustainable social impact. The fellowship focuses on personal growth, recognizing that effective leadership is pivotal to scaling social enterprises. Participants engage in a structured development journey that includes:
360° Leadership Assessment: A comprehensive evaluation to identify strengths and areas for growth.
Executive Coaching: Regular virtual sessions with a professional coach to develop a personalized Leadership Development Plan.
Business Mentorship: Guidance from a C-suite executive mentor to navigate business challenges and opportunities.
Annual Summit: A four-day in-person event fostering networking, training, and collaboration among fellows and alumni.
Peer and Expert Network: Access to a global community of social entrepreneurs and subject matter experts.

✅ Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
Enterprise Age: Lead a social enterprise that has been operational for at least two years.
Leadership Role: Hold a full-time leadership position with primary decision-making authority.
Team Structure: Have at least one full-time employee in addition to themselves.
Coaching Status: Not be currently receiving formal coaching or mentoring support.
Enterprise Model: Operate a for-profit, non-profit, or hybrid enterprise.
Scope of Work: Have a local, national, or international focus.
Impact Areas: Address issues in sectors like Financial Inclusion, Environment, Education, Economic Mobility, or Health.
📝 Application Procedure
The application process comprises three phases:
Phase 1 (June 1 – June 30, 2025): Initial application and eligibility screening.
Phase 2 (July 7 – August 11, 2025): Detailed questionnaire, including a video submission, recommendation letters, and financial templates.
Phase 3 (September 8 – October 24, 2025): Virtual interviews with the selection team.
Selected fellows will be notified by November 30, 2025.
